Forms are due August 9th so we can prepare the bracket and get concessions ready. You can print off the DodgeBrawl form and bring it to Camp or register online. Only one form is needed per team, but every player needs a waiver. Waivers can be signed when teams arrive, players under 18 need a parent signature.
